Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, purchasing a session, or using any part of the Synk Soul platform ("Service"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), along with our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Service. Your continued use of the platform after any updates to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and Synk Soul ("we", "us", "our"). If you are accepting these Terms on behalf of a business or other entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity.
Our Services
Synk Soul provides a digital, analytical compatibility assessment tool designed to help two individuals — typically prospective or current romantic partners — measure and understand their areas of alignment and difference across key life categories using a structured, data-driven methodology.
Specifically, we offer:
- A structured quiz for the primary user (account holder)
- A private, one-time invite link for their partner to complete a corresponding quiz independently
- A combined compatibility score and category-level insight report visible only to the primary user when logged in
- Optional downloadable compatibility cards summarising the result
What Synk Soul is not: We are not a dating service, matrimonial or matchmaking service, relationship counselling service, or mental health provider. Synk Soul is an analytical tool only — our results are for informational and conversational purposes and should not be treated as professional advice of any kind.
Eligibility
To use Synk Soul, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Be a natural person — corporate registrations are not accepted
- Provide accurate, truthful information during registration and throughout the quiz
- Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction
By registering, you represent and warrant that all of the above conditions are met. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account where we have reasonable grounds to believe this is not the case.
User Accounts & Security
When you create an account on Synk Soul, you are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
- All activity that occurs under your account, whether or not authorised by you
- Notifying us immediately through the platform if you suspect any unauthorised access
You may not share your account with another person, create multiple accounts for the purpose of circumventing our policies, or use another user's account without their explicit consent.
We take reasonable technical measures to protect account data. However, no system is infallible — you use the platform at your own risk, and we encourage strong, unique passwords.
Payments & Cancellations
Synk Soul operates on a one-time payment model. There are no subscriptions, no auto-renewals, and no hidden charges.
5.1 Pricing
The current price for a compatibility session is {{PRICE}} (inclusive of applicable taxes). Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and may be updated from time to time. Any price change will be communicated clearly before you complete a purchase.
5.2 What Your Payment Unlocks
- Full quiz access for the primary (paying) user
- A private invite link for one partner — no payment required from them
- Access to your shared compatibility report and category breakdown, permanently available in your dashboard
5.3 Refunds & Cancellations
Payments made on Synk Soul are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Please refer to our Refund & Cancellation Policy for full details on eligibility, timelines, and how to request a cancellation.
By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and accept the terms of our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
5.4 Payment Processing
Payments are processed by secure third-party payment gateways. We do not store your card details on our servers. All transactions are subject to the terms of the payment processor.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use Synk Soul only for its intended purpose — completing a genuine compatibility assessment between yourself and another consenting adult. You must not:
- Submit false, misleading, or fabricated answers on behalf of another person without their knowledge
- Use the platform for any unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive purpose
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy any part of the platform or its underlying algorithms
- Interfere with or disrupt the security or operation of our servers or networks
- Create accounts using automated means or bots
- Use another person's credentials without authorisation
- Attempt to access or manipulate another user's results
Violation of this section may result in immediate account suspension or termination.
Intellectual Property
All content on the Synk Soul platform — including but not limited to quiz questions, scoring methodology, design, graphics, text, and code — is the exclusive intellectual property of Synk Soul or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform solely for your personal, non-commercial use. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or commercially exploit any part of the platform.
Your personal quiz answers and results belong to you. We only use them as described in our Privacy Policy.
Privacy & Data
Your privacy is fundamental to how we've built Synk Soul. Individual quiz answers are never shown to the other partner — only the combined compatibility score and aggregate category breakdowns are made available.

Disclaimer of Warranties
The Synk Soul platform and all content within it are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
We do not warrant that:
- The service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses
- The compatibility results are accurate, complete, or predictive of any real-world relationship outcome
- The quiz or its methodology constitutes professional psychological or therapeutic advice
Results are generated from your own answers and reflect a structured comparison — nothing more. Synk Soul does not guarantee compatibility or relationship success of any kind.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Synk Soul and its founders, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the platform — including, without limitation, any decisions made based on your compatibility score.
Our total liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant session ({{PRICE}}).
Termination
You may delete your account at any time by reaching out to us through the platform. Upon deletion, your personal data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, though we may retain certain records for legal and accounting purposes.
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms or engage in conduct that we reasonably determine is harmful to the platform or other users. No refund will be issued for terminations resulting from a Terms violation.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in the law, our services, or how we operate. Where the changes are material, we will notify you via email or a prominent notice on the platform.
Your continued use of Synk Soul after any change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India. Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive relief.
